Who is favourite to win the 2026/27 UEFA Europa League?
UEFA’s second European competition returns next week, once again filled with huge teams that did not quite make the Champions League cut last season.

Juventus – 7/1
The Italian giants find themselves in the Europa League, a competition they will think they should be winner.

Like Juventus, AC Milan want to hit back after too many trophyless years, with the Europa League being one both sides think they can win.
Bayer Leverkusen – 9/1
Moving across Europe to Germany, Bayer Leverkusen join the list of favourites.
The Bundesliga side are still very much a side to take seriously and are rightly hunting some European success this season. With the likes of Moussa Diaby, Nathan Tella and Patrick Schick, this side possesses pace and power designed to catch other teams out.
In a competition full of big sides, the undisputed Germans are not a team that should be understated as they join the group of favourites.
AFC Bournemouth – 10/1
AFC Bournemouth embark on their first European adventure and are immediately among the favourites.
The Premier League side, now led by Marco Rose, have lost only the minimum number of players heading into this campaign, keeping the core that got them here together. Expect quick counterattacks and fast paced football from the Cherries in Europe.
Bournemouth might be a little fish in a big pond, but they are not a side to misunderstand. The Cherries will take any side on, and will look to repeat the feat of English sides in years gone, and win in Europe at the first time of asking.
