Our prediction for the 2026/27 Premier League Golden Boot

Our prediction for the 2026/27 Premier League Golden Boot

The Premier League is back and there is so much to play for.

Will Arsenal take the title? Will any of the promoted teams stay up and who makes it back to Europe this season?

It’s not just teams who have things to play for, but players. The golden glove, golden boot and golden ball.

With that in mind, we chose our favourites for top scorer in 2026/27.

This season is all about winning. With so many games and outcomes, betting sites are your place to win big this year.

Erling Haaland – 4/6

Erling Haaland

No point looking past it, if you want a sure-fire bet for top scorer then you should look no further than Erling Haaland.

The Norwegian forward has won the Golden Boot in three of the last four seasons and wants more. Coming off a strong World Cup, the 26-year-old knows his goals are the only way Manchester City will return to glory this season.

The Viking will be near the top of the scoring charts this season, there’s no doubt about that.

Joao Pedro – 1/12

Joao Pedro

The Chelsea front man has been getting closer to 20 years over the last couple of seasons, and this is the one to back him to get more than that.

Joao Pedro will be the main man in Xabi Alonso’s Blues side; it will be set up for the Brazilian to score as many goals as he can.

With Danny Welbeck brought in to push him, Pedro will go from strength to strength and will be a strong shout for the Golden Boot.

Viktor Gyokeres – 1/20

Viktor Gyokeres

Arsenal front man Viktor Gyokeres is ready to take the next step in his Gunners career. The Sweden international had an indifferent first season in London but is ready to double his numbers in a more settled side this season.

Mikel Arteta’s team want to go back-to-back, and Gyokeres goals will be so important for them to get there.

It’s time for a breakout season in the Premier League for the big Swede.

Bryan Mbuemo – 1/33

Bryan Mbuemo

If you’re looking for a dark horse in the Golden Boot race, then look no further than Manchester United’s Bryan Mbuemo.

The Red Devils had a great season last year and are expected to only get better this season. Mbuemo was United’s best player in front of goal last year and is expected to be at the forefront of the attack again.

The former Brentford man is an outside shot, but one worth taking a punt on.
