Who will be relegated from the Premier League? Our prediction
The Premier League begins this week after a summer of football.
Whilst the big boys fight for the title, those lower down the table still have a lot at stakes as they look to stay in England’s top division.
Coventry City, Ipswich Town and Hull City are all looking to stay up after gaining promotion from the Championship but will be vying against the likes of Fulham, Sunderland, Everton and so many other teams for the prize of staying a Premier League team.
With this in mind, we took a look at the three team’s we believe will fail to beat the drop.
This season, there are so many USA players taking to the pitch in the Premier League and around Europe. Best offshore sportsbooks for US players can give you the full rundown of the players and who you can punt on to win big.
Hull City – 5/6

Last year’s play-off winners, Hull City are not just among the favourites to go down, but the team we think will finish rock bottom.
Sergej Jakirovic’s team have since strengthened but entered the Premier League with the weakest squad anyway. Unfortunately for the Tigers, it does not look like enough.
Up top, they are still very reliant on the goals of Oli McBurnie and whilst he fired them to promotion, has a terrible goal scoring record in the topflight.
The team just is not good enough and will not get there. The bookies are right with this pick.
Coventry City – 5/6

The second newly promoted side on our list is Coventry City.
Frank Lampard’s team won the Championship last season and whilst the manager brings them some Premier League experience, the squad itself still has so little. A team filled with EFL talent, and limited topflight experience to guide them, tends to only end badly.
Lampard has solidified the core of the team, so should they go down, they will likely bounce back, but this team is lacking the factors it needs to stay in the division.
Fulham – 4/1

Our one pick that isn’t a newly promoted side is Fulham. The London side had ridden the Marco Silva wave, but with him gone and Alvaro Arbeloa in, they are in trouble.
Aside from his short stint at Real Madrid, Arbeloa has not had a senior managerial job. Only aiding the woes is that the Spaniard has chosen to let proven Premier League talent leave, replacing them with some of Real’s youth players that he coached.
The potential is there, but potential does not keep you up.
Of all the current Premier League sides, Fulham have to hope their Spanish imports hit the ground running or they are in some serious trouble.
