Man United open talks to sign exciting Lecce full back Patrick Dorgu

According to reports this evening, Man United have opened talks with Italian side, Lecce — to sign Danish full back and left-sided defender, Patrick Dorgu — in a deal which could amount to €40,000,000.

Returning to Premier League action over the course of the weekend, United turned in another shameful performance against Brighton & Hove Albion, shipping three goals en route to a 1-3 loss at Old Trafford.

And expected to dip into the market during their January transfer window, United have reportedly opened talks with Serie A side, Lecce — in a proposed move to sign 20-year-old full back, Patrick Dorgu.

Fans of betting and other casino games can find the best tips and odds over at roulette doc, with United linked to a host of late window purchases ahead of some potential outgoings from Old Trafford.

Dropping a stunning 1-3 loss at home to Brighton over the weekend, beyond a first half equaliser from Bruno Fernandes from the penalty spot, United were put to the sword with goals from Yankuba Mintah, Kaoru Mitoma, and a late blunder from Andre Onana saw Georginio Rutter convert from inside the area — ending any hopes for another comeback.

And returning to UEFA Europa League action later this week against Scottish side, Rangers, United are reportedly set to dip into the January transfer window for the first time this month — with a move for Danish defender, Dorgu weighed up.

News of United’s pursuit of a new left-sided wing back comes hot on the heels of a number of flat performances from Portuguese defender, Diogo Dalot.

Furthermore, a move for 20-year-old full back, Patrick Dorgu adds to United’s fleeting options in the position, with Dutch defender, Tyrell Malacia yet to stamp down his place since his return from a lengthy layoff, while English full back, Luke Shaw remains injury-stricken.

According to reports to boot, United’s chase of €40,000,000 rated Serie A defender, Patrick Dorgu comes off the back of unsuccessful pursuits of Paris Saint Germain defender, Nuno Mendes, as well as the highly-touted Bournemouth defender, Milos Kerkez.

In terms of potential late-window exits from United, Brazilian winger, Antony is reportedly edging closer to a loan move to La Liga, with Spanish first division side, Real Betis looking to strike a deal to sign the faltering Brazilian forward this window.

Furthermore, another potential outgoer this window is Argentine winger, Alejandro Garnacho — who is garnering further interest from another Serie A outfit; Napoli.

Heavily linked with a move to the Antonio Conte-led side this January, Garnacho made his introduction from the bench against Brighton over the weekend — to no real impact.

However, it appears another Premier League side are also weighing up a big-money move for the wideman, with Chelsea exploring the possibility of signing Garnacho in a potential money-plus-player move — as United draw links to reported long-time target, Portuguese forward, Joao Felix — who has failed to inspire since his permanent return to Stamford Bridge in the summer.

News on the Marcus Rashford front has also simmered over the weekend, beyond reports the player’s agent has held talks about a potential client’s move to Italian giants, AC Milan and a move to Catalan favorites, FC Barcelona.
